1. Wallet Balance Deposits

Unused wallet balance can be refunded to the original payment method upon written request within 14 days of deposit, minus payment processor transaction fees.

2. SIM Line Rentals

If a dedicated SIM rental fails to receive SMS due to carrier technical fault within the first 6 hours of provisioning, you are entitled to a full credit replacement or wallet refund.

To request an account review or refund, submit a ticket via our Contact Support page with your transaction reference ID.
